House Rules

  1. The maximum occupancy per room is two adults.
  2. All guests must be 18 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
  3. If a credit card transaction is declined, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The room will be considered non-guaranteed and may be released.
  4. All reservations are processed in Mexican Pesos (MXN), even if booked in another currency. The final amount charged will be in MXN and may vary depending on the exchange rate on the booking date, the guest’s bank exchange rate, or other applicable financial factors.
  5. In extraordinary situations, such as documented medical emergencies, changes or cancellations in flight itineraries, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the control of both the guest and the hotel, no refunds will be issued. At its sole discretion, the hotel may offer alternatives such as rescheduling the stay or issuing a credit for future use, subject to availability and the conditions in effect at the time of the request.
  6. Pets are not allowed.

Penalties

  1. In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
  2. In the event of early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged without eligibility for refund or compensation.

Guest Safety and Privacy

  1. We reserve the right of admission and access to the hotel in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and staff.
  2. The operation of drones within hotel premises or surrounding areas is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is granted by hotel management.
  3. Access to guest room areas is restricted to registered guests only. Visitors who are not listed on a confirmed reservation are not permitted in room areas.

Cancellation Policy

Standard and Flexible Rates

  1. Both rates allow guests to cancel free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival.
  2. The full amount (100%) will be charged 14 days prior to the arrival date. This payment is non-refundable.
  3. Flexible rates allow one date change up to 15 days prior to arrival (not applicable for stays between December 20 and January 20).

Non-Refundable Rate (NR)

  1. All Non-Refundable (NR) reservations will be charged in full at any time after the booking is confirmed and are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
  2. One date modification is permitted up to 5 days prior to arrival. If the new rate is lower, no refund or credit will be issued. If the new rate is higher, the difference must be paid at check-in. This flexibility does not apply to stays between December 20 and January 20.

Reservations Made Through OTAs

  1. Any reservation made through an Online Travel Agency (OTA) must be modified and/or canceled through the same booking channel using the guest’s user account.
